Evening all, just bought a surf on eBay. Am picking it up Saturday, I think the previous owner was on here under the name tfb as seen a pic of it on google images and linked me to this site! Ive been into offroading for about 10 years and previously had a jeep Cherokee that was lifted and locked but the fuel bill was slowly killing me! I'm a member of the Bristol and west offroad club check out bworc.co.uk we just done the weekend marshalling the offroad course at the Bristol and west landrover show which next Year will be a all marques show. Am looking forward to seeing what my new purchase will do off road wise and hope to catch up with some of you lot at a forum event sometime if you ever come to the south west!

Should be nowhere near, the 4l Cherokee's average 160 miles to a tank and a tank is about 75 litres! Ive read the surfs are getting between 200 and 260 which is loads compared to what I've been used to.
