Is that a Trooper air intake i see on your bonnet? If so, why have you got it facing the opposite way?
Maybe I'm being a little thick but.... I'm sure there is a very good reason & someone will put me right.

Yes, David. It is off a Trooper. It's turned backwards to vent out hot air, rather than to scoop cold air in. The theory behind it being, that as air is forced into the engine bay, after passing through the radiator, the engine bay is filled with high temperature, high (ish) pressure air. Due to the aerodynamics of the truck, the vent area is at a much lower pressure, thus allowing a reasonable flow of the hot under bonnet air to escape. Hope that makes sense. Thanks for your comment on the snorkel, but my mate deserves all the fitting credit, I just stood by, made suggestions, prodded stuff, and pointed at things, rather a lot.........
