16" alloys

Hi i am currently lookin at a set of landcruiser 80 series 16" dressed in 285/7/r16 alloy wheels,need to know fairly soon as to wether they will be ok to fit to my 4runner, am also considerin spacers too, but have had mix reviews on the strain they put on wheel components, opinions on these matters would be much appreciated, Wade.
