AirCon Thermostat?

I broke my fan and replaced it for electric, but at the moment i have it on a switch its not ideal as i have a tendancy to forget to put it on.

as far as im aware the aircon has a thermostat for the electric fan when the the car gets hot?

any ideas or solutions? thanks
