I'm thinking I might buy two pairs when I replace them, just so that I can grind the teeth off one set, glue them back on and then leave 'em somewhere conspicuous.

There are some Ar**oles about you just cant have anything now. BTW if you grind them off it will turn them into dust, you will need a 0.8 cutting disc then you can glue them on, good idea.

Ah, I do enjoy the beer festival. On a brighter note, I filled in an online crime report thinking that I might as well get it on file, on the unlikely off-chance that they might show up at some point with other stolen stuff. And I figured that'd be the end of it, but TVP sent a PCSO around today who went door to door. I thought that was quite a nice gesture. Pointless, but nice.
