Probably because theres no appreciable difference in MPG,and why would you want to pump a clutch up and down? The pace of the auto on the motor way is far far far superior to the manual. The overdrive knocks the revs down about 800 rpm and gives a much mure relaxed ride.
Looked all ower for Daisy when i decided I was buying a Surf ended up driving a 370 mile round trip to pick her up and drive her back here.
She is the first 4WD I've ever owned and she's done everything I've ever wanted, carried tonnes of wood and materials for my work, towed everything from my trailer to a single decker bus and never struggled to do anything.

'Cause the gear change is a little agricultural, I soil myself anytime any one mentions dual mass flywheels and I've recently been driving an automatic which I was surprisingly smitten with.
