Fibreglass repair

Next doors young lady has scraped her new mobile dog cleaning van thing against a parked lorry.
The body is of fibreglass construction, the damage is 1-2mm deep scoring with the worst being bit being 2cm wide and 15cm long (2mm deep).
How can this be repaired is it like an filler fix or do bits need to be cut out, and how does she get the original finish back

as long as the panel has just scrapes and no cracks its just a body filler job and paint.

if its cracked it will need re-glassed to get the strength back

either way its pretty straightforward for a body shop.

Id offer to come look at it but your a fair distance from me. Plus I'm booked solid for almost a month now one of my competitors is using me to do their wheel refurbs .
