central locking issues

    hi... im haveing problems with the central locking, basically its locking and opening its self while sitting on the drive, its been standing for two weeks, the battery`s were flat so i charged them up, and im wondering if this is why they go flat, can i switch the the cental lock system for now via a fuse.??

    Pull the driver's side kick panel off and you'll see a black plastic box above the fuses, about the size of a cigarette packet. This is the central locking control module, just remove the multi-plug.

          There's a white multi-plug going into the side of the black box...

            is it deffo white, and not the black one going into a white sleve, just underneath where u marked it. the plug thats visible on the photo..??

              I'm pretty sure it's a white plug.
              Just run your hand over that black box and you'll feel the plug going into it.

                fingers crossed, but by messing abt, it seams to have stopped, i havent pulled any plugs out, and the locking system still works ok, time will tell, thanks for the help, just one of those things to go wrong before someone comes to view to buy, hopfully... thanks.

                  Bumping an old thread but did you ever find your problem? I have the same issue. Going to pull the wire loom out of the door and inspect it all up to the a pillar later today.
