A BIG NO NO THIS LOT !!!

I insured my sons car for him a while ago with P.O. insurance,
what a job to get it sorted out, Price was £550.00 But they
lost his no claims letter from his employers, and took another
£1600.00 from my credit card!!!!. (I put that in dispute, quick, quick)

In the end, (5 weeks) I complained to customer services, and
told them the policy handler was being obstructive and was
incompetent, and, I was going to complain to the Insurance
Ombudsman. Three days later got a phone call from them, and
a refund of the over payment? and asked me not to complain,
        but I did, anyway.

If you have similar problems write to the insurance company,
giving names and dates, and tell them you intend to involve the
Insurance Ombudsman. This puts the fear of God into them, cause
it means reams and reams of paperwork for them, and they must
        reply to the I.O.

        Gman.
If it aint broke, keep goin' till it is.
