i left this morning my surf to do the recall, and they say they will call me in 2 or 3 hours. i rang them about 17:00 to see hows things with my truck, and they say;
there is a little problem, the steering rod it doesn't fit the idle arm, so they going to get a new one and a idle arm, if the problem is the steering rod, they wont charge me, but if the problem is the idle arm they will charge me(very convenient).
all i know the idle arm is original, so everything should fit together.
very annoying!!

got my car back an other day later, dirty, and barely fuel on it. paid same money to get my car back.
with the result of i complaint to Toyota and no favourable answer.
DON'T GO TO DINGLES TOYOTA IN NORWICH, they are a bunch of losers.
took out of their showroom a friend who wanted to buy an Amazon there, and we went to another dealer, who gave him better deal.
ok got rip-off but they lost more due the bad advertising i did to them.
