Nice little find, hope they aren't as dim as the 64 led spots I bought to replace my 130 watters !!! I would have been better off putting a candle in each one instead.

arrived yesterday, two 240v led spot lamps gu10 fittings, fitted straight in to spot rail and there ggggggggggggggreat, no driver no transformer no problems so im ordering more. cheap as chips and no more than 3w each.

Interior lights done.

New reverse led will be finished tonight,hopefully it will cast more light than the standard 21watt filament lamp does,(one of the drawbacks of tinted windows).

Then as I have about 99 leds left got to think of somewhere else to use them.....

Use these in the kids bedroom as she leaves lights on all the time. Also got some under test in the kitchen (got 10 spots in there). Not all LED ights are created equal though. Some are better than others.

Get yourself some red LEDs and do your high level brake light.

Don't listen to all this overcomplicated nonsense about limiting resistors. As long as you keep in mind your particular LED's Vf, and remember that the supply will be 14.4V or so when the engine is running, you wont go far wrong - the If will look after itself.
