It's partly a good idea, partly madness and partly one of the most dangerous things I've ever seen!
Do you know that, with a 50 character limit, it's

I wonder how many pints he'd had when he drew up the idea?

In snow there's a chance of ice. In ice, stones can become quite stubborn little buggers. That 'blade' doesn't look too tough. That blade would probably bend/split then stop dead and hey presto, you've already driven over the spikey bit of metal and now have a puncture in the freezing cold somewhere.

      Bit of development needed yet

        That is so moneysupermarket!

Thats the most bonkers idea I`ve seen in so long it`s actually brilliant!

They will never work in a million years, I just hope one day I get to see them in action

And I really really hope the guy who thought them up looks like Doc Emmet Brown, that would complete the scenario for me

He will be going through 6 sets of wheel bearings, killing people at the side of the road and "slightly" scratching his wheels every winter! Stupid, just stupid.

I wonder what VOSA would say about those?

I can't remember the last time a couple of inches of snow stopped me going anywhere. His claims of the ideal snow slush conditions in which the blades will work appear to be the same conditions that cause little or no problems.
