Hi Guys a little advice needed. My Truck will not start. It just did this with no signs or warnings, its not particually cold, I renewed the glow plug fuse last Winter and checked this is all OK. The only thing I was thinking could it be the Fuel filter as it will turn over untill the Batteries are almost dead with no sign of starting at all. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for reply, Batteries all good almost new. I did read a thread about the primer diaphram and sounding more like its the problem. Any primer experts out there who can give any advice on stripping, locating new parts etc. Thanks.
On another note anybody going to the LG arena tomorrow to see Steel Panther, Motley Crue and Deff Leapord should be good. -
The fuel primer head is a replaceable part, I've never seen a repair kit for them. Roughtrax sell them.
The next time you try and start the truck from cold, get someone to crank it over while you pump the primer and see if it starts easier. Then you'll know thats the problem.
p.s. Actually, I think I might have one here you can have for the cost of postage, return favour for all the stainless items you sent me.

Cheers Vince, just got home and pumped the primer about 20 ish times as on my own, and Moss the Dog not very good at turning keys, I whipped round and turned it over and away she went, so I'm sure you are right and Primer is Knackerd. BTW the primer did not get any more harder to press from the first time to the last.
