So I ordered my leather interior back in June through these guys, who seemed pretty legit - they have a proper website with a full bespoke ordering set-up etc and I spoke to the guy on the phone a couple of times.
Anyway still no sign of the goods, and recently I have been getting increasingly concerned, since my emails regularly go unanswered and there is no-one answering the phone.
Tried again today and the phone has been cut off, and the website has gone down.
Looks like the company has gone south, and the crook in charge of it has done a bunk with all of the outstanding customer's money. Which is slightly galling. You know, in a "I would dearly love to have him and everyone responsible hunted down and killed" kind of a way.

I have previously looked for any sign on the net that there may be issues with the company, but not found anything - for the first time today I found a thread showing that the same issues have been encountered by others - see here.

So it looks like I am not alone, which doesn't make me feel any better.

Anyway, Don Tusso of AutoInteriorsLive.com appears to be a fraudster - or at the very least he is doing his utmost to give a good impression of one. If you want a leather interior for a Surf, do not use AutoInteriorsLive.com.

i bought my interior and carpets from them but it was over 3 years ago. it all arrived within 4 weeks.
seats came direct from katzkin and the carpets from a co. in san diego. thought it was funny at the time but it all arrived and the quality was spot on.
at the time he advertised as a katzkin supplier and had their order forms on his site.
