Jump the wires in the plug on the motor to the opposite terminals. Don't know if that makes sense... unplug the plug at the motor in the rear door, use two wires to connect the terminals. Now if you turn the key the window goes up and not down you know it's the wiring at fault and the motor is ok.

One thing have you checked the rear wiper arm is sitting properly.

If the motor is definitely ok then it's probably a break in the wiring, if you swap the wires ot the motor end and see if it goes up and not down you know the wires between the last plug and the motor are ok. Now just a case of following the loom doing one plug at a time until it doesn't go up when you jump/swap the wires.

That's if the rear wiper isn't the problem.

              still cant find the problem,
checked green cable and got power when turn the key,
the red cable doesn't got power when turn the key the other way.
the switch on the front doesn't work at all, tried 3 different switches.
followed the red cable to the relay and is not broken.
is there any other fuse, relay to check for?

Has it got an arm on it, it only has to be a smidge off and it'll stop the window.

Did you try reversing the wires at the motor? Next port of call would be the connection in the n/s rear wing.

Is the window lock button on the driver's door panel pressed in?

yeap i did reversed the wires and it works one way every time i do reverse it.
a friend of mine came earlier with a 12v tester
and it showed the green cable to the motor is ok (not broken) from the big relay box behind the panel and brings electricity to motor.
the red it shows is not broken but it does not bring power to motor.

The window lock button needs to be up for the rear window to work.
