Just thought i would say hi before hitting u with lots of questions!
I just bought a ln130 in hope to use in snow and some offroad adventures (used to have a sj years ago) But i have been hit with a lemon looks like it has been passed from person to person and am dammed if i am going to pass it on to some other poor sole.
I am good with a spanner and repair electronics daily.
Hope to be some use around here.

Either people on here don't like Glaswegians or your post slipped through the net undetected.

    Hi

Don't be afraid, ask whatever you want.
If its not broke don't fix it.

Good luck with it! I bought an LN130 a couple of years or so ago and had the usual problem of a cracked head. It was cheap-ish at £675 so it wasn't the end of the world and there are occasional problems that crop up as you would expect on a 20 year old vehicle that probably hasn't been the best looked after thing on the road but it seems to keep on going and it seems to be mostly fairly straightforward to work on (I've only worked on motorbikes in the past and it's a helluva lot less fiddly than trying to work on a Jap 4!)

Between here & the Aussie tech site you should be able to find just about anything you need if you have a hunt around. Failing that someone on here will probably have the bit of missing detail that will make things make sense!

Welcome to Surfland! It's not such a bad place.
