I can also vouch for the Alpine units, I have one in my Surf, and my other half in her MR2.

Would this be any good ?Originally posted by flounderbout View PostDon't forget advertising hoardings and unnecessary road signs.
And of course hot chicks on the pavement.
It gets my goat when I see people with the phone in one hand and food/makeup/newspaper etc in the other. But that is the point of a hands free. Used sensibly I cannot believe speaking on the phone is so bad.
Although I do find the buttons can be confusing if you are very drunk.

If you get in heading for the other end of the country and whatever you were going for is cancelled, why wait until you get there to find out.Originally posted by Albannach View PostSwitch it off. No matter how important you may think you are, the call can wait until you get out of the car.
I expect this country is saved millions of pounds a year by diverting, recalling and cancelling trips earlier rather than later or when it's too late.

Been using this for a year, works brilliantly, £32 from Halfrauds:

Just clips to the visor, no need for a mic.Surf if you got a wave. Wave if you got a Surf.™
