  • jacking angle

    My drive isnt exactly "level"

What in your opinion would be the highest angle you lot be happy with regards to jacking up your truck and working underneath ? at a guess I would say the drive is about 15' off horizontal am I being a pussy and should i just get on with it?

(I have my new axle stands now as opposed to my old (VERY) old and very rusty stands and have ordered a new trolley jack as oposed to using the trucks bottle jack.)

Happy to get abuse but would appreciate some sensible answers

Some very substantial wheel chocks would be a sensible precaution, Ady.

Well chuffed with the offers of help can't say thanks enough

The list is quite long but mostly the usual stuff

First off temp gauge and boost gauge (should be ok)

Then body lift ,help would be massively appreciated for that, after bodylift would like exhaust out through rear side bumper and I/C for the road use

Sus lift +2 shocks and springs and bj spacers for front......

Have some ideas for scoop for I/C and bonnet vents.

        But thanks again.
