Collected 80 pints from the 'West of England' spring on the Malverns this morning. Same stuff used by MHB (Malvern Hills Brewery) so if it's good enough for them...



Gra, you must have access to pretty good water up your way - are you using it for your brews?

Don't want to appear greedy, but I have access to at least five that I can think of right now. All with subtly different mineral content.

Well that's not fair is it. One of things I remember the most from visiting my uncles farm in the Brecons as a kid was drinking lovely spring water from the source.

Even looked into he costs of digging a well in the back garden but a) its pricey and b) I'd probably end up drinking mainly run off from the pikey site down the road.
