Craziest Driving Ever !!

I have stopped using the back roads and cycle path to get to and from work, and now cycle on the main road (40 to 60mph speed limits). Because on the back roads the edge was too pothole fir safety and buses seemed to not care if my drop bars scrapped off their paint or not (the cycle paths were just too covered in glass). I am now running with speeding cars 44 ton attics and yet the vehicles that pass too close are buses and coaches. The other day an Esso tanker sat behind me for half a mile (all up hill) until he was happy to overtake (quickest I've ever done that hill knowing I was holding up traffic). All in all most drivers (apart from buses and coaches) are reasonable, I do however resemble a Christmas tree after dark with 2main front lights, 2marker front lights, 4main rear lights ,and 2marker rear lights on the bike; 3 front marker lights and 2rear marker lights on the helmet (the marker lights can bee seen from the side as well).

Maverick - my offroad route is a rather sylvanian trek through fields of cows, corn and brooks. I'm lucky enough not to have to face broken glass and buses. Don't envy you!
