After over seven years my Surf finally moved on to a new home on Friday. 
It's been a fun vehicle to own and drive, if not the most economic but , as my For Sale ad said, it just got to the stage that I found it too difficult to climb in and out of the back to load it on caravan trips and airsoft games.
That's probably partly my fault for putting Roughtrax +2 springs on the back, as it definitely lifted it up.
It's gone to a good home and Nick, the new owner has, I believe, already signed up to the Forum, so it won't be lost to the wider community of Surf nuts. I'm off to join the Audi Forum, which unlike this Forum won't be my Home Page link, but I'll keep a look in here from time to time. Have fun all.
