I found this link to a site that gives overall specifcation blurb/writeup on a 98 3rd Gen SSR-G. It's applicable to my 96 model too after having read it.

ETA: I've looked all over the net and cannot find another like it!! Might be possible to make a copy if there were a good enough pic of one somewhere.

Seen a Surf for sale this year on ebay with one.

Closest I've come was a yank in Japan who has one, but without the picture inserts. But it was insane money to ship it.

I can appreciate the rarity of this wheel cover. Some might think it a bit geeky but in all fairness that's a pretty cool wheel cover, and it's OEM. That one just needs the artwork and words.
