I had these stainless wheel centre plates made for the wheels..

They're now sprayed silver to match the wheels.

I've already upraded the dash with white LED backlighting, a Popeye heater control mod and silver centre section...

Oh and some Apache made TRD stickers...

really liking that heater control mod, could it be done to a gen 2?
or is there a link to how its done? just had my dash re-done with white dials and blue LED's, but the lighting on the heater controls is really poor by comparison now!

Most definitely can be done for a gen 2, i have it in mine.

Search for "Popeye" on the forum, he used to be the guru and can probably send you details on how to DIY

Nope, they're the early 3rd gen heater controls Rich. Your old 3rd gen had the facelift digital controls the same as mine.

The hot and cold settings on the 2nd gen heater controls are cable operated.

                              3rd gens are electrically operated.

Later 3rd gens are digital control with the LCD display.
