Been just a site voyeur, but the daughter is moving to Aberdeen and i need a suitable vehicle. Here's the problem, i live on the edge of the London LEZ, Romford essex, i have looked at trucks of identical year and engine size, put their reg's in the Lez website and some are OK in 2012, some are not. After e-mailing dvla it seems it is how it's registered, PLG or other. Any thoughts?

If you're in the market to buy a truck buy one that is registered as an "Estate Car" rather than a "Light Utility Vehicle".

It does seem possible to change from LUV to estate but it looks like a helluva lot of faffing around...
