mot time,got a leaking p/s rack,where can i get it reconditioned?

hi all,my mots due end of the month and after checking the truck over today i noticed the stering rack is leaking from the seal on the n/s,its leaking into the gator then dripping out.
i checked online and found a place that does them for £395 but i send them mine and get £100 back,i grudge paying that for basically a £2 seal,so is there anywhere i can buy the seal or somewhere folk on here have used to re-con their racks?
