They should be 12mm, wide base and split top clinch nuts. Any 13mm nuts on a Surf have put there by someone else who couldn't undo originals without rounding them off, or dropping them on the floor.

I've seen 13mm headed nuts and bolts on dozens of Japanese cars.Too young to die and too old to give a toss

any 13mm nuts on one of their cars trucks or plant machinery is a replacement.
From Wiki...
"Sometime levels or rooms with 4 or 9 in them don't exist in hospitals or hotels, and particularly in the maternity section of a hospital, the room number 43 is avoided because it can literally mean "still birth." Therefore, when giving gifts such as sets of plates, they are normally sets of three or five, never four."

Haven't done it YET! I need to use the truck this weekend for a camping / festival. So may be in the coming weeks I'll get around to stripping that stuff out. Will also be fitting WI so not sure whether to do everything at the same time as I don't have an intercooler of any kind right now and concerned about modifications.Oh Nana, what's my name?
