Starter update.

New starter fitted and all is well, The new starter from RT is about 1/4 smaller than the original,makes for much easier fitting all done in about an hour, very pleased turns engine over much faster and less noise.

As for wires Ian,Nev and Vince were right they go onto post on inlet manifold, I have insulated mine and tucked away untill such time as I can see the exact fittment/insulation etc. Thanks.

so anyone? just wtf do these leads do then if as i assume the truck will start fine without the resistor connected, it's just an overload precaution then is it?
if the guy that did the head 4 years ago forgot to refit em i guess your gonna need to find an insulator for it as thats probably lost,
