Places to play!!!

hello people

Been a member for a while now but never posted anything so thought i would break the ice and see if anyone knows of any decent legal off roading terrain around oxfordshire area, I'm ox11 so the closer the better. Been on a few green lanes but there's nothing too challenging to play on. Any ideas??

Hi guys thanks for getting back to me, i went up muddy mates before it closed down and it was more like a banger track than an off road pay and play place so i just turned around and went home.
Theres a place in Aldermaston RG7 4PH which i have been looking into, http://www.4x4-withoutaclub.co.uk/ Anyone been up there or fancy making a date to get a few surfs up there?
I'm well up for meeting up for a days fun just need to get some bit's sorting out on the truck first, the whole front end while driving is how can i put it LOOSE to drive, all the bushes need changing so don't want to go to far till they are sorted as it wonders on the road.
Any of you guys off the m40 got any decent tracks close by?

I've never been to 4x4withoutaclub - but i'm up for a day out sometime Unfortunately I live on the outskirts of London so not many greenlanes around here.

hundreds of greenlanes, i'm just outside newbury, me and another lad round here go out quite regular, some cracking great lanes just south basingstoke too, one of the 'most fun' is water lane in alton, very challenging..

4x4 without a club is one of the best sites around imo, if my truck wasn't at tony's i'd be going there tomorrow

its a cracking site and teh people are brilliant

maybe we should try and get a few surfs there for their June playday

i'll try and remember and let you know next time we go out if you want to pm me your number...

hi there's also one up the road from me future4x4 ran up at avon dasset went up there the other day for the tv 4x4 club p&p day axle deep in mud lol i'd be intrested in another day with a few more surfs once i've repaired mine

Lawsy not sure I can make the June meet but I am well up for getting a few of us up there to have some fun on another date. Maybe start a post about meeting there or something? Soon as I work out how to pm I will drop u my number!
