Just a quick thought, wondered if anyone will know the answer to as search turned up nowt.

If i remove the rear badges (ssr-x, Hilux Surf) will there be holes in the panel?
I have underslung spare if that makes any difference.

Well, technically, there was only one question in your post, but the answer is "no, it won't leave any holes, just a bit of glue to clean off and a big gap where the badges are supposed to go".

no there are no holes i know this cos someone stole the badges off mine ??? a few years ago

No holes but you may well be left with glue marks.De badged mine a while ago and absolutely nothing will get rid of the outline,tried everything.
Someone at toyota told me the glue they use seems to eat into the laquer?
