  • Any one fitted this?

I'm looking to replace the blowing tail pipe section on my ln130 and i came across the one at milners for £60 + vat and postage.
Just wondering if they were any good or not, dont want to replace it now and then again in 6 months as i hate doing exhausts!

They are ok, had to jump on some to stop them touching over the rear axle, but usually ok. Good value.

I've found Roughtrax ones usually feel heavier and nicer, but if you don't have the extra £20...

I've got to do mine next week

And lengthen Panhard rod, and fit new BJ's and BJ Spacers - and brake hoses - and a new bumper? (and winch) oh and diff breathers.

Then I need to order Plasma dials and get round to fitting the heater controls Popeye so kindly modded for me.

And I haven't changed the filters for a while - this is going to get expensive!

I almost forgot the Intercooler, bonnet scoop and ATF cooler to do as well - Yikes!

Ive got a four month old Roughtrax 3.0 Auto rear section if its any good?

Almost new so will ask for a few beer tokens - only took it off as the rest of the system disintegrated and Im side exiting it now.

Thanks for the offer but mine is the 2.4. I dont think it would fit.
                  Pity though

i have thought about the side exit route but i dont want to get black sooty stuff allover my nice new tyres and newly painted wheels. I had comments the other day about how nice the wheels looked, i was dead chuffed!

side exit behind the rear wheel. You will probably be able to get a Stainless section made up for the rear section cheaper than buying from Milners or Roughtrax. All they need to do is weld a flange to a straight section of pipe and then bend it to where you want it to exit.I was quoted about £35 to have mine done a while back. You don't need the small resonator box either that's on most rear sections either

"side exit behind the rear wheel"
nice idea, might stop some of the soot going on the caravan too.
I'm sure there is a stainless specialist not too far away
