    How's your beer going Ian?

    I've been up to one of the Malvern Hills springs this morning and filled a barrel with lovely natural spring water - the same stuff that the Malvern Hills Brewery use

    Mine's now sitting in the loft bedroom awaiting start of fermentation.

    It's in the pressure keg andy, comeing on nicely, lovely smell when i transferred it from the bucket, i used filtered water from the yank style fridge for the brew, (dont think Fullers (ex Gales) would let me drop a bucket into their well) still Simon used bottles of cheap spring water and his brew tastes good, i'm hopeing to get another keg and a pack of beer for another brew, just need to decide what one to try next, the "hobgoblin" looks a goodun, btw i added 5 spoons of sugar so hopeing it'll be slightly above the 4.5, cant wait till it's ready, only another 5 (ish) weeks
