I've been up to one of the Malvern Hills springs this morning and filled a barrel with lovely natural spring water - the same stuff that the Malvern Hills Brewery use

still Simon used bottles of cheap spring water and his brew tastes good, i'm hopeing to get another keg and a pack of beer for another brew, just need to decide what one to try next, the "hobgoblin" looks a goodun, btw i added 5 spoons of sugar so hopeing it'll be slightly above the 4.5, cant wait till it's ready, only another 5 (ish) weeks
