Talking of footballers, Sean Wright Philips has just parked his black Bentley convertible with ludicrously low profile tyres and black rims in Lincoln's Inn. Now why would he be coming to see m'learned friends? He ain't married, so a divorce is out...
        Super-injunction anyone?

What's a super-injunction? Like an injunction but for rich people?

B@stard tories! They've ruined injunctions for the working class! There was once a time when my grandad could've got a super-injunction, but since Cameron and his cronies have been in power, all us working class can get is normal injunctions cos him and clegg have kept the super ones for their rich mates.

            I blame Maggie.

Harold Wilson would never have allowed it! I'm getting on to my onion! Where's the bar John?

Pretty much spot on. Its an injunction that not only prevents you reporting whatever the story is, but also prevents anyone reporting that X got an injunction, or who X is, in case people work out what the story is. There is even a hyper-injunction now which prevents anyone telling their MP about it, in case they spill the beans using parliamentary privilege.

So yes, it is an injunction for the rich.

And you are right, it was the fault of the bstrd Tories. They completely failed to stop Labour from allowing them when Labour were in power with a massive majority. And they completely failed to stop a very prominent (and rich) Labour figure from taking advantage of one. Allegedly.

What's best though? Hyper-injunction? Mega-injunction? Super-stellar-injunction? Or can you just say 'plus infinity' after whatever injunction you like and no-one can top it?

                I want one of them!!!

To cover up your sordid history Apache I imagine a new giga-injunction would be a minimum requirement. A giga-injunction is so secret that you don't even know you have obtained one.

All the problems in this country have been caused by lawyers/solicitors. The whole place is an old boy network for them. Whether its practicising lawyers or lawyers who are MPs , they are the ones who have broken down our society with all their weasel words and claim culture and their noses embedded in the legal aid trough. If you cant afford a lawyer you should not get one. You should just be guilty and take your licks like in the good old days, and nobody deserves compensation for being stupid, despite what these ambulance chasers tell you.

Just read this thread. It's brilliant. Read it again from start to finish. Amazing what can start from a fuel price gripe. Kept me entertained for 3minutes during this boring corporate gig!
