  • The weather has turned warm.

    Could be 23 degrees tomorrow.
Today I had a little fly around with a camera nailed on the wing.

It's only an old trainer, I haven't flown much through the winter and I want to get my 'eye' in before flying a good plane.

It's a Flycamone2 V2 I give 30 quid for it in a model shop. All the new ones are HD now.
I just velcro'd it to the wing.

It wasn't actually me! It's a model. I'm standing by the car trying to control it!

This is how it usually turns out

I had a foam F-16 similar size if not smaller than your F4. Being small, distance judgement was awkward and I had one of those 'is it going behind or in front of that tree?' moments.

            Neither.

              It was a Mig 29
I built it from depron or Isofloor, the stuff that goes underneath laminate flooring.
              I used these plans http://www.wattflyer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27566
              And here http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=757214

The plane itself costs about 3 quid, when I break it I swop the engine and stuff over to the next one.

Nah, I looked at your other vids. The F-4 you kept nosediving into the snow.

Yep, bugger to fly, shut off the power and it drops like a stone.
