did i remeber reading here that you bought one of the ebay all in one car alarms with the pager and that, was it easy to fit????

No I have had cheap alarms fitted to previous cars. This was the Magicar system. I didn't fit it myself, and auto electrician did.
My current alarm is a Clifford system (which was bought by Avital) and I stated IMO the Magicar had better features and was cheaper to buy.
They come with instructions though. If you are good at that sort of thing and have 5 hours or so to fit, test, adjust then you could save yourself the install cost.Oh Nana, what's my name?
