Whip the battery out, phone and battery into gruesome hot press, nip to chemist and get yourself a bottle of isopropyl alcohol,

      Dismantle said phone,

Wipe down pcbs with said alcohol,

Leave in hotpress for about 3 days,

Re assemble phone and you should be working again....

I have had to soak pcbs in alcohol for.24hrs or so before but it works....

I did the same but took the phone apart and left it to dry out for 3 days. Put it back together. And it worked! .....apart from the fact it stopped making any noise or vibration when it rang!

I now have a waterproof phone which does the job well

              Obviously the woman's fault!

They should always check the pockets before washing.

A good right hook, followed by some lovin' and problem resolved.

Take battery and sim out, fill a food bag with rice, completely bury phone in the rice. Do food bag up, and make sure you squeeze out any excess air.

Leave for 24/48hrs. Works a charm, even on my iphone!

get a cardboard box put about 5 cm of dry rice in it
lay the phone on the rice with its battery off pop open the case if you can
then cover it with more rice and put it somewere warm
2 days jobs a good en
you may need a new battery tho altho some servive the washer
the rice adsorbs the water out the phone
