  • Selling up

I have just placed 2 ads in the surfs for sale section for my 3rd gen and lucifer.I don't want to sell up but it's a case of having to as i am wanting to buy a lorry and go into business for myself.I won't be doing the surf spares anymore either and what i have got i am selling off quick. There's not much left but you can ask and if i got it then its to sell

Bl00dy 'ell, Everyone will miss your spares Rich.

Couldn't you pass it over to the Pirate?

Best of luck on the new venture.

Unfortunately Will can't do the spares as he don't know his way round a truck properly.
I am keeping the workshop as i need a secure place for the lorry.
I am gutted to sell up as i love the surf but the spares aren't bringing in enough money anymore.
I will get another surf once i get things off the ground and i will still be on here.
I will also sell my trailer. Its only just over a year old and a great trailer aswell.I will be after £2000 ono for it.I will place an ad for that though once the trucks are sold

        Blimey!

I haven't been here long, but I know you are one of the Surf geniuses ( or is that genii?) that everyone relies on here, and you've always got any bits people want.

        Anyway, good luck.

I've been on here for 7 years and always said i wouldn't sell up but at the end of the day i need to earn a living.
I know i had my compensation in November but that's all tied up in investments

Oh I forgot to say South Crofty Mine was on the radio the other day (radio2 I think) about finding a rich seam of something or other, anyway I am sure you will get plenty of work with that spec truck, when you have an ad send it to me and will distribute for you

Big move mate, good luck with it.

What diffs do you have lying around?

                    Don't forget my gearbox...

I need another gearbox now as well!! LOL, but I have just bought a cheap truck I was going to fix up and sell but will probably part it out instead now, so will be ok.

You WILL be back. It is, from my experience, IMPOSSIBLE to leave the fold...
