RCA issues........

In the first pic the rca is in properly and either sends a very weak or no signal at all, in the second pic it sends a perfect signal.
This isn't the actual one that is giving the problems, these were just near to the camera at the time, the actual one is sending video footage btw, just can't figure out why plugging them in properly doesn't work yet pull them apart so that literally just the center pin is in works fine????????

Only partly plugged in the signal travels along the centre pin, equipment is getting its earth or signal return path from some other connection, power or audio or something.
Sounds like one of the screens is somehow shorted to the main signal (crimped damaged cable) and when plugged in it shorts the main signal to earth...at a guess

can i have a pic that looks down inside eather end please
has i have known this before (if they are the same) theres a metal bit on the inner side that when pushed in properly
makes the curcit short right there in the push on jacks

could do with a look in side
