It's not the kids fault, they shouldn't have to pay, maybe if mommy watched them they wouldn't have to replace the bathtub. How are the kids gonna know that it will hurt the bathtub, besides the fact that it broke the tub its not a bad idea cause they kept them contained in one spot and good for an arena. I hope no one bids on that.

I would have thought the scratches, the chunk out of the enamel and the broken soap dish would have given them a clue!

Some of lifes best (or hardest) lessons are learned through experience. IE don't wreck the family bathroom without having to pay the consequences. Nice to see some parents still try and teach their kids responsibility.

i did get out of it
well they kicked me out
but i never seen any one else have to pay for silly things like tennis rackets footballs books pens windows chairs tables
anything i broke i had to pay for
but i did refuse to pay for 2 windows i did not smash
i may have been young and daft but i was not going to pay for something i did not do

so i told the judge i would only pay for 128 windows and not 130 has i counted how many i smashed has the number bared relivance to the case has it was 128 times i had been blamed for things i did not do that week

he did not beleave me but i never payed for those 2 windows
