  • 'Council' 3rd Gen

We were wandering around Gloucester today while the daughter was having a uni interview and I noticed a powderpuff blue 3rd Gen parked by the side of the road ...

It had 15" wheels on so I had a quick nose through the window and sure enough it had the 2nd Gen gear selectors BUT the odd thing is that it was a P reg - which surprised me cos I thought the 'council' versions were only around the model change i.e. N reg

Life is too important to take seriously !

lol, its all been said before, Surfs come in any configuration you want.

    Model badges are completely irrelivant.

(hope you didn't leave cupped hand prints on the glass... )

its not actually 2nd Gen running gear, its a 3rd Gen with part time 4WD, not the multimode AWD.

the 4wd works the same way as a 2nd Gens, ie, 4wd offroad only, but not the same parts.
