On a more serious note, Have you considered Digi camera linked to your pc ? we are using them at mo ( I expect illegally) to monitor the scumbag next door, he insists on minor incursions in our garden whilst we are out of the house just upgraded locks to anti-snaps and put sash jammers on the windows, such a wonderful neighbourhood !Death rides a Black Horse

Nah then Si,
If you produce camera evidence in court it must
be date stamped correctley, and on dvd/cd or it's
no good, or so I understand.
But I suspect they were only sniffing out the
aerosoll cans of hair spray in the load area.
Gman.If it aint broke, keep goin' till it is.

Regarding CCTV, I'm not sure of the full court requirements. Mine is time and date stamped, and the police always ask for it in DVD format so it can be played on any equipment. But so far anything regarding coverage that my cameras has picked up has never got as far as court. They tend to confess first!Gone from 4x4 to 1x2

It could also be perfectly innocent. They saw the truck and the caravan and wondered what they were like as a tow vehicle.
Who ever it was looking through the windows just wanted to see what the truck looked like inside, the same as anyone else does in a car showroom or car show when the car doors are locked.
A potential car thief would have to be pretty dumb to leave obvious prints on the glass.
OK, I'm removing the rose tinted specs now, back to the world of dreams.Last edited by BUSHWHACKER; 2 February 2011, 01:58.
