its what i do after every outing
        wash it all off
make sure the rads real clean
        start greaseing
if theres anything wrong you will find it while your greaseing

        do regrease the hubs up
        and the cv rubbers
        realy pack it in there

I had a clicking noise when in 4wd which went away after going off road - I think it was a stone caught in a UJ or something like that! Off roading must of loosened it.

what type of ground was you on?
                i ask because of
on old pit sites i have picked up pit dust and its gone has hard has fek and that gave me a knocking has the wheels was caked in it

on a open workeing quarry i got a peace of metal bar wegde behind the brake disk
it stoped me brakeing properly and that knocked too

on open fields i have wegde a branch through the bull bar unknown to me
and nearly wiped out a bunch of spectaters with it has it stuck out about 9ft
that too was just a knocking noise

the hubs have worn dry before and they knock
and iam sure that dry hubs and bearings are the major cause of the bronze bush to were that and old grease

A clicking noise, from the front when in 4wd, is almost always a gubbed CV joint.

A worn CV will only click when it's loaded.
