I really truely hope you don't go nudging his car at all, the headlines would give all 4x4 owners a bad name; let him be a little git, it's his crime and also his punishment.

Bala Mud, best underseal there is, only £30 per application.
today however I got a bit annoyed and pushed his car back with my truck, not far but I was surprised how easy it moved... Now I can't park there again because I now know it won't be hard to push his stupid little car off the 8ft drop on the other side of said grass bank and onto the road!!!!
So... My question is, if I did this (which I hope I don't reduce myself to doing) how would stand legally?? It is off the road so would it be come under a traffic violation/collision and involve my insurance or would it be classed as an act of vandalism????
My son, the would be lawyer, advises me that you have ALREADY commited one offence and possibly two dependent on the status of the grass you park on.
The free advice (He's not qualified yet so he can't charge you !) is:
1. Delete the the thread or at the very least those parts referring to illegal activity
2. Avoid parking in a way that gives the other guy the opportunity to cause you a problem
I hope I haven't upset anyone! A certainly don't want to come across as a careless scumbag thug. I know I was in the wrong but did no damage and also appreciate everyones blunt advice, does one good to be told what's what now and then!
