I had a lengthy conversation with my stepdaughter last night after picking her up from Drama club.

She'd been told by her (female) science teacher that women are better drivers than men because their peripheral vision is more acute than mens. (Whether this is correct or not is moot). Of course, being male, I argued my sexes side.

It's true, and this is why women can drive while appearing to look out of their left ear when passing a notable shoe shop.

because we the man had to hunt to bring food back to the family
the women was baby sitters and berry collectors

so we the hunter go that extra bit because our brains can cope better with speed and movment
were has a woman cant do it has good has men

for that reason and that reason only women get cheaper insurance than men based on the different evolution of man and women

so if a man is going to have a crash its more likely that it will be at speed
were has a woman its going to be asda car park or town center car parks or the lamest juncion on the planet

but with evolution taking its own path and the woman of this planet doing most the school runns and having to learn about speed and safty like we have for millions of years

in the furture its more likely that women will exceed man
has we are the bread winners
our field of learning grows smaller and smaller
were has for the ladys its the other way around

I've not really noticed any difference between men and women's driving to be honest.

I had to do parking in my driving test. Don't they do that anymore?
