it's this one, but perhaps the cost of an iphone as well makes it pointless http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRDYdZxkXnQ

scaffold poles, camera mount on top..use a web cam (could be mounted on a motorised turntable), secure base on bottom. Make it telescopic, hoist it up, take pics, view on laptop @ ground level, job doneWhat have I told you about thinking Erroll

There are masts available for cameras anyway, telescopic which wind out, but limited to certain height, (n I can't remember how high) but lots use controllable kites to mount slr's to get hundreds of feet high shots, bungee type cranes for hire too 174 ft, should be high enough. H
ps. you'll get nothing controllable from your driving seat, the masts have their own foot and stay method.Last edited by Hazzo; 12 January 2011, 20:50.

iam going to be needing an aireal view on the ground iam going to be working on to test out my project
what i need to know is this
how hard are remote hellicopters to use
and is it possible to mount a camara on it
and also be able to look at the ground useing the camara while flying ?
if so how high can i go
its cheaper to make something than to pay to go up and look in a real hellicopter prices are hight for what you get
google earth is pants for what iam doing its ok to find a site but useless to look at it from above once iam there
looking from above needs to be done at set times of the year hence why google wont work right for me
Cameras will mean something like a petrol powered helicoptor but certianly possible, Slobodan has some experience of that.
Your max flight hight would be govened by radio range and weather conditions.
"real" helicoptor prices start at £400.
peace
calBala Mud, best underseal there is, only £30 per application.
