how's the flu mate...we seem to have shaken it all off here.

Pretty much the same here, nearly all gone!

Any good at lowering torsion bars mate, i'm very very wary of touching them at all, but having done 1 cv boot for the mot in sept i've now got a gaping hole in another.
Or would a diff drop kit be better??

Torsion bars are a piece of cake al. Put some wd40 on the adjusters for the next couple of days and I'll give you a call tommorow and arrange to come round and do if for you. After poxy hummer torsion bars, surf ones will be a stroll in the park.
