Sticky piston was freed off using pedal pressure with non stuck pistons blocked with something in garage. Pad is goosed and worn at an angle.

Will get a rebuild kit and look for some second hand calipers, I have freind that will do the rebuild for me. He has done a lot of Lancia brake rebuilds.

    Cheers

    Ben

If one first removes the caliper from the vehicle; how does one stop the piston opposite the stuck piston from moving?

In that case, I'd just have left the caliper connected to the braking circuit. There's more pressure in there than there is in a grease gun (and even if there isn't, it's safer!).
