Adding a photo to user info

Please can anyone tell me how to add the small photo under the user name. Seems like everyone has them attached except me. I'm not the brightest when it comes to this computing thingy, so explain in idiot mode please? Any advice gratefully received.

You can either use one of the built in avatars (you access them through UserCP) or by paying the subscription that goes towards keeping this site running, then you can upload your own picture.

Have a look at the sticky thread in General about subscriptions.

For the built in ones, go to UserCP and select edit avatar from the links on the left side of the screen.
