Driving into town when I spotted an elderly gent take a bad fall on ice cracking his head.
I stopped as did another motorist along with a few pedestrians.
I rang 999 4 times no joy, the call connected ok but silence. had to use a shops land line in the end.
(the phone works fine making other calls from same location, max signal strength) believed to be a bug in the mobile phone 999 system.
