water flow?

its in my house i have running water down stairs but not up?

the hous is red hot its been warm most the night
i did awake early hours because its was soo cold and i poped the heating on

then since getting up around 8 thins morning there has been no water on the upper floors the header tank is running low too
any ideas on how to concker this?

found it luckly its not burst i managed to pump hot water down the cold water pipes left that in and repeated it after 30 mins
foundthe said frozen pipe hair dryer and its sorted
