  • Sticky situation

After weeks and weeks of carefully watching e bay I finally have a genuine Toyota drivers door wind deflector to match the other three.

Does anyone have any tips on what to use to stick it on with? I was going to try sika flex but I'm sure someone out there will have a better idea.

Sika flex is great but you will never get it off again in one piece.

                Thanks for the advice everyone!

Si Tate, I know sika flex won't come off. That was the basis of my idea but I take your point. Not a fan of Marston's, the chicken's great but the chips are like cardboard. I don't seem to be able to have one without the other. maybe I ought to try the chicken from there and get the chips in Mirfield?

Kurrserf, thanks for the offer but I believe I have some somewhere. I didn't think it would be strong enough to withstand all those high speeds and cross winds (who am I kidding, never had it above 60?), having studied the others more closely it does seem the thing mind.

I took my deflectors off when i first got the surf & it was quite tough so i recon you'll be fine with the tape.

Oh & i agree the chips are naff but i normally get a large box of wings.
